I specialised in : training, recruitment, etc . ... This was more interesting to me than being a college teacher. My school IGS Paris, specialised in HR, this is confirmed my professional project.</span></p>

I went to the Lyc&eacute;e International in Saint Germain en Laye (78). My father was born in Spain, my aunt in Born&eacute;o. My sister in law is half German and half Hungarian. I can say that a melting pot is a part of who I am. During a six month period at &ldquo;Stream&rdquo;, I was in charge of the HR qualification for a British quality norm, for call centers. Everything had to be writen and exposed in English to the Welsh auditor. </span></p>

Garges-l&egrave;s-Gonesse is one of the poorest cities in France, so I have to be reactive, imaginative and adaptable to the departments.</span></p>

I (animate) some training too. I think my leadership is based upon respect, listening, sharing my knowledge and experiences, try to find the right person for the right place as we say. I don&rsquo;t think puting stress on someone&rsquo;s shoulders is a good way to get the best from them, but I&rsquo;m sure that to encourage a good climate, encouragement is right path to take.</span></p>

<p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm" align="justify"><span lang="en-US">I do not work in a worldwide company so I haven&rsquo;t experimented in lots of domains linked to management in an internationnal area. The huge work I&rsquo;ll have to provide to suceed our goal is thus one of the points of intention.</span></p>
<p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm" align="justify"><span lang="en-US">First of all, I really love, as I said, challenges. This is something I have proven gets the most out of my abilities. I organized a scouts&rsquo; camp, with more than a hundred adolescents, for groups some having a whole range of difficulties. After three years at La Sorbonne, I passed the IGS tests. I worked hard and became one of the best in my promotion. When I came to the City Hall in which I&rsquo;m working right now, I had to build a real training department and a team. That without the support of colleagues, because there was no HR team for a whole year. Now, I manage a budget of 500&nbsp;000 Euros. I have three colleagues under my responsability plus all the apprentices (twelve persons) and also all the trainees we accept.</span></p>

At the same time, the US headquarters decided to let qualified all the sites. The french steering comitee took the initiative to be the first technical hotline to be certified in France. <p>J'ai appreci&eacute; ces sports o&ugrave; l'on est confront&eacute; &agrave; soi m&ecirc;me, o&ugrave; l'on tente d'abord de se surpasser, avant d'envisager de gagner contre (avec ?) ses voisins de lignes.</p>
<p>Reflexion, projection mentale dans la course, strat&eacute;gie aussi, concentration, contr&ocirc;le de soi, ...</p>
<p>Nous faisions du water-polo aussi. C'est un sport collectif intense et rapide. En tant que capitaine, je me devais de gerer le jeu, les r&ocirc;les de chacun, l'adversaire... En tant qu'arbitre, r&ocirc;le que j'ai jou&eacute; de fa&ccedil;on &eacute;pisodique, il faut savoir tranch&eacute; vite, &ecirc;tre assertif, juste et impartial en m&ecirc;me temps.</p>
<p>Quand on fait du triathlon, on apprend ses limites et &agrave; jouer avec. Le mental est aussi important, voire plus parfois, qu'une bonne condition physique. C'est la &quot;niack&quot; qui permet d'allonger la foul&eacute;e &agrave; la fin, et de gagner quelques places.</p>
<p>Quand on pratique ce sport, on apprend &agrave; gerer les passages d&eacute;licats. Sortir de l'eau et enfourcher son v&eacute;lo... L&agrave; on voit si l'on est pr&eacute;par&eacute;, si l'on sait s'adapter rapidement. Le travail paie.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p><strong>Accompagnateur p&eacute;dagogique</strong> : </p>
<p>Aussi nomm&eacute; Accoped ou AP. L'accompagnateur p&eacute;dagogique assiste le d&eacute;l&eacute;gu&eacute; territorial, soutient les groupes et les unit&eacute;s dans la mise en oeuvre de la m&eacute;thode de branche (anciennement Anidep).</p>
<p>A ce titre, j'ai mis en place des plans de formation et des programmes individuels de formation pour les animateurs &quot;scouts&quot; (branche des 12 &agrave; 15 ans). J'ai anim&eacute; des session de formation</p>
<ul>
    <li>Formation BAFA (animateur), BAFD (directeur)</li>
    <li>Formation continue&nbsp;: pr&eacute;vention, les pr&eacute;-ado, la s&eacute;curit&eacute;, la gestion des conflits, l'animation d'une &eacute;quipe de benevoles, etc. &nbsp;...</li>
</ul>
<p>De plus, l'animation territorial, avec la constituion d'un r&eacute;seau, et le soutien aux groupes locaux faisait parti de mes attributions. J'ai ainsi sillon&eacute; le val d'oise et benefici&eacute; d'une diversit&eacute; remarquable et d'un fort enrichissement personnel</p>
